Bill Fisher, Jacob Smith, and Ray Goodhart all gave kind words

Bill Fisher, current city councilor, in endorsing me said, “I am endorsing Don Cameron for City Councilor, Ward 3. I’ve served beside Don through his first four years on City Council. I find Don to be a principled person of integrity who speaks with a unique candor. A detail-oriented and hard-working representative, Don’s thoroughness ensures accountability and encourages excellence from colleagues and City staff. Alongside his work on Council, Don is the candidate with an unmatched breadth of experience in Golden’s civic infrastructure. His prior service on the Planning Commission, the Golden United Housing Task Force, and his work on the Utility Rates Task Force represent years of policy work. You’ll find him walking, running, and biking our trails and just about everywhere in Golden. While we don’t always agree on issues, I believe he comes to the table with Golden’s interests at heart and deserves consideration for another term.

Jacob Smith, former mayor, provided My Endorsements

Golden City Council Ward 3:Don Cameron

Golden City Council Ward 4:Sandra Knecht

Ray Goodhart, active citizen said this, “In my estimation, there is one candidate who is most qualified, more experienced, and clearly deserves our vote in this important election. I am endorsing Don Cameron to serve another term as our City Councilor from Ward 3!  He has the most knowledge of our city’s issues and has utilized his expertise and intelligence in a positive way in analyzing and clarifying the paths we need to take in order to evolve and improve our city, while recognizing the challenges brought about by unchecked growth. There are many opinions and options available on most issues. Don has the ability to collaborate with citizens and other Council members to devise the best ways to move forward and to keep Golden both vital and historically intact.
